Have you ever wondered what set super-successful people apart from the others? Some of them had a better start in life, some of them had better parents and some of them were just lucky, but that is not always the case. Super-successful people are super-conscious of their environment, and they are determined to make the world a better place. Here are some traits of the super-successful – in random order.

1. They Don’t Care What People Say, Think or Feel About Them

The average person wastes a whole lot of mental energy worrying about what people will say, think or feel about what they do or mistakes they made. Well, you’ve heard the old proverb: when you reach a certain level or maturity, you don’t give a rat’s ass what people say, think or feel about you. The super-successful “have to” reach this level or maturity or they can’t be “super-successful.”

2. They Define Failure Differently.

The super-successful has gotten to be super-successful by failing enough times. The super-successful define failure differently than everyone else. The super-successful are not afraid of failure, they welcome it. You’ve heard the famous proverbs: failure is only an opportunity to more intelligently start over. The super-successful understand this.

3. They Are Determined to Make the World a Better Place

The super-successful are obsessed with leaving the world better than they found it. And that’s what drives them to be super-successful. They are always looking for ways to improve things, ways to create better products, better services and better employments strategies. The super-successful don’t just care about profits, they care about humanity. And that’s what drives them to find solutions.

4. The super-successful multiply less. You’ve heard the saying, “intelligent people multiple at a slower rate than stupid people.” If you read my article, “Stupid.” You will understand this better. While stupid people are busy multiplying and passing on their stupid genes, the super-successful are busy burning the midnight oil trying to find solutions to the problems of the world.

5. The super-successful are self-reliant.

You’ve probably heard many people say, “they need a wife to cook for them.” Or they need a husband to “take care of them.” The super-successful train their body and mind to be strong and self-reliant. They are able to give more than they take because they engage in more physical and mental exercises.

6. The super-successful exercise more. And this involves both mental and physical exercise. The super-successful know that they need to optimize both body and mind in order to reach their highest level of success.

7. The super-successful Always Look for Ways to Improve themselves. And this includes reading self-improvement books, mind-power books, studying traits of successful people, studying the world around them and much more.

8. They Eat the Right Kinds of Food. Since the super-sucessful are always looking for ways to be “super,” they ferret out the best foods in the world. They eat “superfoods” more often than normal people and avoid poisons such as alcohol, cigarettes and coco-cola.

9. They Are Careful Not to Hurt Others. If you read the bible, you probably know the prayer of Jabez, “put Your Hand on me Lord, that I may not cause pain, and increase my territory.” Well that is basically the prayer of most super-successful people. “And the Lord gave him exactly what he asked for.” The super-successful understand the golden rule, “do unto others…” and they understand how karma works.

10. They always get up. You’ve probably heard the saying, “I fell six times, I got up seven…” Super-successful people know that they will get knocked down, because “that is how life is.” Getting knocked down is inevitable, staying down is a choice. And the super-successful always choose to get up again, because they know where they are belong.
