The moringa seed is reported to carry a wide variety of health benefits – according to testimonies coming from all over the world.

When you open the dry pods borne by the moringa tree, you find about 5 seeds. The seeds are made up of a black outer shell which must be broken to get the inner part which contains the medicinal value.

According to a Guyanese Herbalist, Nicholas Foo, the seeds have been successfully used to treat and cure a variety of ailments including cancer, diabetes and HIV.

In addition, eating the seeds after breakfast or lunch provides an all natural energy boost. Mr. Foo advises that the seeds should not be eaten at nights since it makes one hyperactive. In addition, it should not be taken by pregnant women or after using alcohol or pepper.
