Afghanistan has no border with any ocean and therefore has no beaches. It is therefore said to be a “landlocked” country. The size of Afghanistan is 652,230 km2 and its population as of 2014 stands at 31,108,077.

Ethnicity of Afghanistan
Afghanistan is made up of a variety of ethnic groups, including Pashtun, Tajik, Hazara, Uzbek, Aimaq, Turkmen, Baloch and Arab. All of these people, however, are characterized by a fair-tan complexion, dark hair and varying colors of eyes.
