Here’s another inspiring story of my life that might be interpreted as a message from God. On Friday, November, 8th, 2024, I was sitting down in the dining room of the Takutu Hotel in Lethem eating breakfast at around 10 AM. Yes it was a late breakfast. The place was a bit hot and I started thinking maybe I should get up and go turn on the overhead fan. But just then, I heard “beep beep beep.” I looked up and saw the air conditioning just next to me had just “turned itself on!”
Was this just a coincidence? Was there a mechanical fault in the air conditioning that made it “turn itself on”? The air around me started to cool beautifully. And when I had finished eating and got up, something remarkable happened again. I heard “beep, beep, beep” again, and the air conditioning turned itself off!
Having worked at the Takutu Hotel for the last 8 years on and off, this wasn’t an issue with the air conditioning that I or any of the staff had observed. The air conditioning didn’t usually switch itself on and off. In fact, I cannot remember one time when it did; nor do any of the other staff.
For many, this incident may be brushed off as a mere coincidence, or a “malfunctioning” of the air conditioning, but for me, it was just another beautiful message from God that He and His angels are always with me, watching over me, protecting me, and making my life beautiful.
