Each document translated by Patrick Carpen’s Translation Services undergoes a rigorous 5 step process and is proofread twice by qualified proofreaders.
1. Document is translated into target language by a level 1 translator.
2. Document is reviewed and corrected by a level 2 translator.
3. Document is proofread and further corrected by a level 3 translator. Any changes made is checked by the level 2 translator for approval of changes. After an agreement has been come to, changes are made. If the level 2 and level 3 translator disagree on a translation word or phrase, it is highlighted in green and the disagreement explained in notes at the bottom of the page.
4. Document is proofread and further corrected by a level four translator.
5. Document is proofread and further corrected by a level five translator.
6. Document is reviewed by level 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 translators for final approval. In case of disputes, the highest level translator is respected as authority.
7. Document is proofread by a qualified proofreader.
8. Document is proofread by a technical proofreader if necessary.
9. Document is formatted into Microsoft Word with perfect paragraphing.
10. Perfectly translated document is reviewed and proofread by all members of team for paragraphing, grammar, mechanics, language and vocabulary before being delivered to customer.

Technical Proofreader: 1 dollar per page.
Virtual Assistant: 0.5 US dollar per page
Data Entry Specialist 0.5 US dollar per page
