The total number of confirmed cases of the coronavirus in Brazil<\/a> has jumped from just 31 on the 10th of March to 200 as of the evening of March 15th 2020. That’s an increase of 169 cases of the coronavirus within a 5-days period. This increase over time unveils a worrying trend. It also highlights the fact that the coronavirus is extremely contagious and possibly, as scientists have recently claimed, airborne. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The infected persons are spread out across Brazil<\/a>, with the majority of cases in Sao Paulo, as follows: Sao Paulo: 136, Rio de Janeiro: 24, Parana: 6, Rio Grande do Sul: 6, Distrito Federal: 8, Santa Catarina: 6, Goias: 3, Pernambuco: 2, Bahia: 2, Minas Gerais: 2, Rio Grande do Norte: 1, Alagoas: 1, Espirito Santo: 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
