The town of Lethem sports the Lethem Public Hospital, the Arapaima Primary School, the Tabatinga Sports ground and the Recreational park. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The town of Lethem borders with the Brazilian municipality of Bonfim which you can reach by crossing the Takutu River via the Takutu River Bridge. The Takutu River Bridge was completed in the year 2008 or 2009 by the Brazilian as a cooperation between the governments of Guyana and Brazil.
