In the second sentence above, the pronoun “he” is used to replace the noun “John.”<\/p>\n
There are some pronouns which refer to no definite noun. In other words, it takes the place of a noun that was not directly stated earlier.<\/p>\n
Here are some examples of indefinite pronouns: anybody, anything, each other, everything, nothing, any one, one another, every one, no one, some one, somebody, everybody, something.<\/p>\n
Has anybody seen my wallet?<\/p>\n
I don’t remember anything.<\/p>\n
In order to live happier lives, we must help and look out for each other.<\/p>\n
