\"\"For me, there is no job in the world <\/a>like being a teacher. I don\u2019t think that if I owned a large business with scores of employees that I would be as happy as I am in front of a classroom of beautiful, smiling faces, eager to learn and listen to what I have to teach them.<\/p>\n

Not everyone feels the same way about the profession, but their ability to teach has a lot to do with their point of view. The art of teaching, like the art of ruling, comes naturally to some people<\/a>. I take pleasure in inspiring a love of language<\/a>, literature and learning in students. And I enjoy giving assignments which I am sure my students will be able to \u201ctackle\u201d, based on what I\u2019ve already taught them. I hate giving assignments which \u201cstresses\u201d the students out.<\/p>\n

I regularly give back papers to my students with \u201c100%\u201d scores on it. That is a norm when I teach. Passing a test encourages and inspires students; failing it discourages and disgruntles. No matter how easy the test may be considered, the test should be fully within the students\u2019 capabilities.
