By following through this course, you will gain a new skill that can take you places. But it’s up to you how you use it. Do you want to use it to build your own personal website and stop there? Do you want to use your skill to build a website for some relatives or friends? Perhaps for a small fee? Or will you build a website for your own business?

Those are just some of your options. But for the heavy hitters, there’s a lot more at stake. As I mentioned, this course will enable you to build just about any kind of website. And it is a skill that, if used the right way, can take you around the world and also help you to make a lot of money. It’s up to you how you use it.

If you do decide to become a professional web designer/developer, here are some tips to guide you.

Don’t Sell Yourself Too Cheap

Today, there are people building crappy websites for a dime a dozen. This undermines the integrity and profitability of the web-building profession and even gives it a low reputation. Set a reasonable price and give yourself enough time. No matter how skilled you get and how fast you can build a website, I suggest you require one month for a basic website and charge about 500 US dollars. Remember, your new trade or profession must be able to pay your bills, feed you, and rack up a healthy savings while you do something you love and improve on daily – free of stress.
