On the 22nd of February, 2017, I took in with flu symptoms, and they were pretty severe. I could hardly move and had lots of chills.

I slept most of the next day and barely managed to eat something. But that afternoon, as I was sitting down on my porch, the beautiful Miss Adina Benn, the information technology teacher, passed by.

I called out to her. With her usual smile and calm composure she came over. I asked her if she had any Advil, since I did not have time (or energy) to make a trip to shop as yet.

“I have the flu,” I told her.

“Use garlic,” she said with a smile.

Miss Adina proceeded to explain to me that garlic has been used both as an antiviral and antiretroviral for ages.

What that translates to is that garlic kills the bad stuff that causes flu in your body.

And it’s not just that: it’s a miracle product.

Garlic works so fast, Miss Adina said, that I’m guaranteed to be up and running by the next morning.
She did give me some instructions on how to take this natural remedy.

1. Peel all the skin off a feg of garlic.

1. Cut it up into tiny pieces.

2. Leave it for a few minutes.

4. Swallow with water.

“It is important,” Miss Adina said, “to leave the garlic for a few minutes after cutting it, because that ‘activates’ the curative powers within the garlic”.

Well, I don’t know too much of the science behind it, but the next morning, I was up and running.

It worked! Like a charm.

Never in history had I encountered such a potent cure for flu before. I mean, I’ve used coconut oil and coconut water, and some other natural flu remedies; but frankly speaking, garlic trumps them all.
