Five bandits are now dead after a botched attempt to rob Patrick Carpen along the East Bank Demerara Highway of Guyana. Reports are that at around 5 pm, Patrick Carpen was bringing back his girlfriend from the airport when he saw something strange. The road in front of him seemed to be barricaded. Looking closely, he saw five armed men at the corner of the road.
He pulled over and asked “what seems to be the problem here gentlemen?” to which the bandits shouted “get out of the f**king car!”
He obeyed, but the next second, as if from nowhere, Patrick Carpen pulled a .5 mm revolver and started firing. All five bandits lay dead on the ground. Investigations are continuing.
